The Summer Associate Program is one of the means by which we add talented new attorneys to our firm. Each summer associate is assigned a mentor who provides guidance and support and who facilitates assignments. We pride ourselves on having summer associates experience much more than the inside of an office building or library. While working at Higgins Benjamin, you may find yourself attending depositions, hearings, trials, client consultations, strategy sessions, business transaction negotiations and closings, as well as a variety of other practice-related client engagements.
