Development and Acquisitions: We provide our clients with comprehensive services from the formation of contracts, to land use planning , and financing .
Entity Formation: We can assist our clients by working with their financial officers and advisors as a team to determine the best form of business entity to use.
Leasing: Whether it is to be a ground lease or a more conventional lease, office or retail property, we have extensive experience in these areas. We work closely with a number of brokers resulting in our having reliable information about current market terms and conditions.
Community Associations: As part of our practice area involving planned communities, we represent a large number of home owner associations and other property owner associations. The experience derived from this type of representation helps us to include practical considerations in our documentation forming such entities.
Zoning and Land Use: We work with the various real estate planning departments in our area of the state on a regular basis. Our familiarity with the policies, written and unwritten, helps us guide our clients through the rezoning process as well as assisting them in conforming their plans to the land use concepts perceived to be most desirable.
Finance: In representing both major lenders from around the country as well as property owners in the southeastern part of the country, we coordinate and, where needed, create documentation and conduct closings for a wide range of financings.
Residential Closings: We continue to handle residential closings and refinancings in the Guilford County area.
